  1. Since the early fifties, every president, except one, or maybe two, have carried out Eisenhower's policy, which was classified for many years. It was always about the US carrying the biggest stick, and doing the bidding of it's NATO allies, as well as the UN. In fact, it is a protection racket, and the US Govt was being being paid to do their bidding. The "government" didn't like it when an outsider won, and put the brakes on that global plan.
