There are some activists, starting shell companies, whom are making claims of copyright infringement, because someone mentioned someone else's name, (or had written it in the title), even though the complainant doesn't own the copyright. It is politically motivated. They're dong targeted hits against people who push other than a left-wing ideology.
This happened to Michael Lebron (Lionel Nation), because he used Seth Rich's name in the title for a live talk video. Being an attorney, he found out about the shell company, along with the guy behind the complaint, and thus, he sent a complaint to YouTube, full of legalese, and described the guys scam. It doesn't pay to dick with an attorney, especially one well known, the same as it doesn't a scholar and professor, such as Peterson.
Yes, YouTube ought to do something about it, before they push the wrong button with someone who has all the time in the world, a huge bank account, and is either an attorney, or can hire a good one, and acts. They're going to open a can of worms that they wish they never had.
