Californians see laws against infecting people with HIV as racist. After all, the left has included every definition under the sun with the term. They have essentially tried to rewrite its definition since the 2016 election started. If you really want to get under a leftist's skin, ask them why a legal instrument (document) has both race and nationality sections on it. After all, they think they're the same. Better yet, ask them why they have male or female on it, and watch their subjective heads explode. Caution, as it will start with an eye twitch, then convulsions, and finally an explosion of skin and bone splattered on the wall. You will not find any gray matter to clean up.
