  1. Now, here, I don't get this, as the first documents contain living persons, Henry Kissinger and Brent Scowcroft. They are conversations between Ford, Kissinger, and Brent Scowcroft about William Colby. In the meeting, Kissinger mentions that Colby threatened to blackmail him over COINTELPRO, during the Church Committee, about our assassination attempts against Castro in Cuba.
