Ah, but the Ds, since Truman and Ike, have been doing their level best to tear down the very agencies, and their operations, which were designed to kick the commies out, and stop what is occurring. That's why Venezuela fell to what it did, as well as several nations around them. It's the same reason that the Middle East turned out how it did, since a good bit of the Ds countermeasures occurred under Carter.
