  1. Socialists and communists are all the same. In the Venezuelan's case, they waited for capitalists to build their oil infrastructure, before they stole it (nationalization), thinking that it would always support them, and would not invest in anything else, as that would be capitalism to do so. Of course, the countries who had stock in their oil industry was going to drop them over their theft. Socialists are thieves, nothing more. They can't stand the fact that capitalists, who have the money, are needed for capital, which is invested in a business venture, who hire the people, to turn a profit. Without capitalism, and money available for capital expenditures, you can not expand. Marxism, Socialism, Communism, and Progressivism have never worked, and never will. It is nothing but rebranded serfdom, where nobody (the Proletariat) can advance, because the Bourgeoisie (the middle-class capitalist small business owners), are gone, and those with the wealth run the government and industry, and they will not allow anyone they do not want to succeed, or become one of them. Take a look at what the jealous Bolsheviks did to the Russian farmers who owned property for the first time, and were turning a small profit. They claimed the farmers stole the land, so the bolsheviks stole their money, before they murdered everyone in the village. Socialists are that way, jealous of those who have more, because they're too lazy to work for it, and think that those who have money somehow owe it to them, without having to lift a finger to work for it. It can be said to be a Robin Hood syndrome.
