  1. Before hiring or debuting them the company has to look at the past. The company shouldn’t be blinded by the idol’s beauty or money.The company should not put them on hiatus while they investigate or pressure the victim to withdraw their complaint. Also the “victims” who is faking a bullying scandal should be prosecuted, that person is making a fake statement which has great repercussions on the idol who is innocent.
