  2. How many people who have a Mortgage asked there lender for a Quote on 10% interest rate hike? Then asked themselves can I afford this House? A lady who arranged ours says shes only heard it a few times in 20 years of being a broker. She said people normally borrow alot more for a bigger House. Shame history is repeating itself.

  4. If history repeats itself and currently we are following Heaths government in 1971. So dont bother with a Mortgage. Just like idiots under thatchers government, many borrowed too much and homes went to auction. This time the country is £2.4 Trillion in debt and the base rate has hardly moved people have enjoyed capatalism and its trappings. People are already getting their smalls in a twist. So wait when the homes go to auction snap them up. This bubble hasnt even burst yet.
