@1STMAN give it the hot and cold therapy man, shower the area which hurts with cold water for a minute then with hot water for a minute and so on for 30 minutes and that shall fix it god willing. Did u get they idea?

@LPrulezhard ok brother honest speaking, crossfit is just doing powerlifting moves with high intensity that will give u only cardiovascular endurance and it will never give u size nor strong tendons and ull end up with shit load of long term injuries .. regardless whether u focus on form or not .. crossfit is generally a very bad idea ask any serious lifter .. if u need size u should be doing progressive overload and increasing ur muscles time under tension .. ie bodybuilding .. getting stronger while doing that too ie power building .. putting all that to use ie functional strength training .. its simple really .. leave crossfit for gays and women

@1STMAN it’s always a pleasure my fellow MAN👊🏼 naah mate things are rather a pain in the arse here in the Arabian Gulf because they are really taking the pandemic very seriously .. lockdowns are crazy and one can just not be consistent with the gyms so we resorted to the good old fashioned manual labor haha ... hows stuff in the UK and how’s stuff with u??
