  2. Petar Stankovic Oh i'm talking to a newbie i thought you were someone serious, sorry for that i kinda misunderstood the situation... BMW offers a Competition Package for the M6, and the facelift version has now 40+hp, 20+nm, carbon ceramic brakes, new lightweight 20" wheels and a performance exhaust. With it the M6 is good for 600hp, 700nm, and a 0-62 time around 3.6s claimed by BMW (and it does every bit of that). Performance wise: the M6 becomes quicker every where. In terms of size inside i don't know but the M6 looks more luxurious and has better seats, so i'll give it that.  Head room is nice at the rear, though you can seat only 4 people due to the carbon fiber roof, which is lower in the middle. Maybe the RS7 has a better boot but seriously: who cares ?! You don't buy these cars for load capacity... And it's not that much bigger, not to mention the less "sexy" sport back rear vs Gran Coupe line imo.  So as i just show you, the M6 is a better performing car, as well as being a better ride both when casually driving (better comfort as shown in this vid, for the seats), and while having a serious speed (better balanced chassis, more NA feeling engine). The only bit the RS7 takes over it is AWD (seriously boot space you don't agree about that with these types of cars, just take a regular sedan then), but it makes it a less good experience: for a sport car, every one prefer RWD. To be fair being RWD is a big part of the success of the M6.  Overall, the RS7 is just a more docile and conformist car than the M6 GC CP (GranCoupe Competition Package). And that's exactly why the M6 just makes more sense in this segment ! There is a reason why people would be extra cash for these over their RS6 and M5 counter part, and it is to be special. Problem is, RS7 is not special enough... Being fast is great, but being fast and special is something else. And that's why lots of people preferred the 458 Italia over the MP4-12C, and i'm pretty sure will prefer the 570S over the 991.2 Turbo S. That's also why the RS3 has more success than the A45 AMG Facelift for enthusiast.  Oh and well BMW also has a more direct answer to the RS7, which does every bit like it but just better, and this car is called the Alpina B6 xDrive Gran Coupe Edition 50, has 600hp and 800nm of torque. I can already tell you the only thing RS7 could have over it is boot space, and you'll agree if you know what Alpina is about.
