  1.  @TheCrusher72  I think they are referring to the fact that in some parts of the world, the pressure-bearing parts (like barrels) are the parts that are regulated, and the receiver is just a piece of metal. That's the opposite of how we do it here in the U.S.

  2.  @immikeurnot  13" is a pretty standard length of pull, at least here in the U.S. I actually prefer the A2 length of pull, which is 13.5".
