yeah watch vlogs of high school immigrants/exchange/returnees in Japan... it's a healthy mix of introverts and extroverts. Can be extroverted too if the vlogging class/schoolmate is super extroverted/hyper.

Not another anime profile account defending imperialist Japan & the results of their actions. None of this would've happened if Japan hadn't become Asian Nazis

its only to show off how much money was put into it really. Anything foreign would be more expensive due to importation.

Middle man usually has the most connections though. In my country they're usually in cahoots with politics.

there are a lot of laws on what you can build based on the lot size and the zoning. So the weird shapes are all because they maximized the legal space they can have for that lot. But yes I agree the "designer" houses looks like they belong in art museums.

lol kids when left to their own devices will pee or poo on model toilets... Ikea memories lol

I feel like the bath park is ok, but the toilet nah.

Usually you go to the Japanese embassy for visa applications. Some of the criteria include having a passport, bank account with good balance (enough to pay for your visit), sometimes credit card. Some stricter ones even require you submit your itinerary in advance. For careers.... usually the main requirement apart from a degree is fluency in the Japanese language. There should be job postings online in websites like LinkedIn etc.

@TheBillaro the steam ruins electronics as the video says. Only great if you live electricity-free. I can see why they're limiting use.

The idol shade 🤣

water heaters for the bath. Not really AI.

Right? I wouldn't walk away either. Just let the descendants know. It'll probably only be a problem long after I'm gone

@chriswheeler6092 there are in Chiba called Hundred Hills. & some are occasionally scattered around in the suburbs.

Damn. You were neighbors with some of the richest Japanese billionaires. Those google satellite views he checked were houses of founder CEOs of major companies.

Ha! Yeah he didn't discover that part of the deal. In terms of pricing: Foreigners>Tourist locals>true local

*if you had the money. Forreal the rich here can act like they own the country, no problemo

It's still in Asia, kinda. Probably the worst (& cheapest) donut chain out there though. Dry & bland.
1
@fizzpoo southeast Asia doesn't sell land to foreigners. Only condos. They'd be in danger from Chinese investors buying all the land if they did.
1
most smaller shops already do this
1
@momogi618 big problem in the Philippines too. Even in the high class gated neighborhoods where houses are worth USD5million or so! Too many cars! Have to drive very slow in zigzag pattern like it's an obstacle course.
1
Some of the most expensive luxury condos aren't the tall ones. They're usually less than 10 floors with a limited number of units. The famous tall ones in Minato are more like upper middle-class.
1
It won't happen in the Philippines. Major political donors are behind the gas, car manufacturing, and real estate businesses. Bad public transpo & traffic jams help keep gas demand high, car demand high, and inner city condo price & rent high. Win-win.
