  2. Hey to be fair those pedicab drivers in Intramuros will scam anyone they can. I was a student in one of the universities inside. Every single time, even as a regular rider, you have to haggle. Confirm the price before you get on, no matter the urgency of your trip. They think university students are rich lol.

  3. 😂 Rich catholic priests is correct. I graduated from one of the top universities, a Catholic one. Naturally the priests there have the latest iphones, macs, etc hidden in their living quarters. People will gift anything tp priests thinking it will absolve them of their evil doing.
