  1. Italy: we can't handle anymore refugees. It is causing problems and soon our own populace will need refuge themselves. NGO: keeps bringing refugees. Italy: no more refugees, only emergency cases to save lives. NGO: stages sinking of rubber rafts in attempts to create technicalities, brings more refugees. Italy: we really can't have this. Italy: Starts watching the NGO's. NGO: Breaking laws and rules, bring in more refugees. Italy: Can't take care of all the refugees that NGO's have been trafficking in. NGO: Italy complicit in abuse of refugees. I am guessing the NGO's aren't going to take responsibility for their part in this abuse.

  2. Libya at least has real refugees. We need some type of system that removes 2 economic migrants to be removed for every real refugee allowed. Then frame the NGO's who don't support removing the economic migrants as supporting human rights violations.
