  1. I think the same thing should apply to Internet companies as well as banks. It shouldn't be easy to get your metadata, a personally signed warrant with full judicial responsibility should be required.

  5. When I am told to think of the children, I like to remind myself that they will spend three quarters of their life or more as adults. Cartels bringing paying customers through borders is legally considered human trafficking. If you don't have the right papers, and you take a uber across state lines to go do black market work that you chose to do for profit, then the uber driver is a human trafficker. These victims are paying customers, and they aren't allowed to speak for themselves. They are victims of the laws more than they are victims of the services that they paid for and whom faithfully provided the service that they paid for. The laws themselves create the black markets, and those black markets must have their own police forces that become violent and create hidden oppressive environments. If you want individuals to suffer more, support all of these laws. But when I am told to think of the children, I like to remind myself that children stay children for a short time, and are adults for the rest of their lives. The children need to have hope for the future.

  6. There are exceptions to free speech here in USA. The obscenity exemption is a much greater crime than anything it has ever censored. Obscenity is not protected by the first because politics invaded the US supreme court relatively early on in it's history. My opinion is that the obscenity exemption to the first amendment should be repealed and condemned as anti American.

  12. The wall will keep Americans out of Mexico in the future. Look at where new jobs are going, where US manufacturing is going. Look where new houses are being built.
