  1. There are exceptions to free speech here in USA. The obscenity exemption is a much greater crime than anything it has ever censored. Obscenity is not protected by the first because politics invaded the US supreme court relatively early on in it's history. My opinion is that the obscenity exemption to the first amendment should be repealed and condemned as anti American.
