  1. Too many people equate large muscles with heath. Health and muscles aren't necessarily the same thing.

  2.  @aulerius1922  I have always been naturally thin. When I was in grade school, I was bullied because of it. Now that I am in my sixties, I am still thin, and still without visible muscles, but I exercise regularly, am in perfect health, and glad to be naturally thin.
