  1. Is it somehow greedy for corporations to hold onto their money? There's a lot of uncertainty in the marketplace, so if a corporation invests in the economy and it gets worse, they lose out. Right now, businesses want certainty that America is the best place to invest their capital. On the flipside, if they are in a prospering business it may make sense to expand. But I wouldn't fault businesses for being cautious.
