So is Thom suggesting that when prices of homes go up, that's a good thing? Mitt Romney believes the same bullshit. Rising prices on homes are NOT a good thing. It's good for homes to maintain their value and not be artificially get propped up to make them more expensive for the poor who do not have homes. Otherwise there are imbalances in the economy, followed by a bust.

@junechris I watched the video again. You're 100% right. I got A.D.D. I'll admit when I misheard him. I just was asking if he thought it was a good idea for homes to go up in price. Because when I heard Mitt Romney say that housing prices should go up, this actually hurts the poor. I hope Thom doesn't support legislation or even incentives for home ownership. Housing prices should be at an equilibrium so they are not artificially overpriced.
