  3. Mind your own business because even if he was a car thief the state wouldn't prosecute him anyways... Well maybe since it's going to be a felony but it's not worth it because if he was a real thief he could've shot them and they would've deserved it for being nosy.

  4.  @mommabear943  Property meaning where they live and not specifically their house or car, he was in a general area and he was minding his own business before they showed up. I bet you're that nosy neighbor who harasses people about permits when you see someone putting up a fence.
