She claimed that it's these "egalitarian doctrine" that is need for that, but for jordan peterson, egalitarian doctrine shows more disparity than achieving gender equality in jobs. Technological revolutions helped women more than this "egalitarian doctrines" and "policies" to their struggles.

He disagree with woman that she think "egalitarian doctrine" will help equalize the disparity in jobs for example "engineering" cz people are naturally have differences in interests and mostly men are more interested in things especially stem fields so naturally there'll be disparity between men and women in those field if you just let on people to choose what they want as "egalitarian" as it is. So he's not wrong on that either.
