  1. There is no doubt about a problem democratic relationship within Britain and the treatment of Scotland. It's a time of leverages but I am scared that Brexit, the EU, is a bad fulcrum: if this is politics Olympics right now Spain, among others, isn't going to be willing to play fair and may rather steal the landing mat. We the public mostly know why. I think the risks of testing them are higher than waiting possibly. But I can also see a window of opportunity for a good thing - come whatever. I think I'd be wanting to step through that window but not in a necessarily suicidal way if I was Scottish, any step out the cellar of being a secondary sovereignty nation is a good step. Especially for those leading devolved Parliament with established values of independence, and without looking too hard back at the history! Cheesy Braveheart comment!? Write it yourself.
