@adamgm130 Just an example for one of possible charges: Victoria officially introduced the system of "border permits". Which is just another name for a visa . Introduction of visas equals a cessation attempt. This is called "violation of territorial integrity of the country" ( or: separatism ). How big crime is that ? As an example: in Ukraine it is punishable by long jail sentences (Article 110 of the Criminal Code).
