  1. The whole narration is pretty unbelievable. The fact is that the Russian criminal world is tightly controlled by Kremlin, and therefore is just "employed" by the Kremlin to fight for their (now failed) plan of world dominance. Russia still has a lot of money (which it can barely spend on anything due to sanctions), so the idea that there was a "group of loosely connected criminals extorting money" (from Medibank, not from Citibank :))) is really funny.
