  4. We don't even have our intercontinental railways electrified ! Who is going to pay for the "electric vehicles" infrastructure ? Why the hurry ? Do we have aspirin manufacturing in Australia, for example ? We need to restore manufacturing of basic things, like medications, not EV fantasies.
