  1. Waste of time and effort. The current regime is supported by the majority, for purely economic reasons: they remember the total economic devastation that happened in 1991-2000.

  2. (1) No referendums under foreign military occupation will be ever recognized by anyone. (2) Large part of Ukrainian population are ethnic Russians. They serve in the Ukrainian army too, and defend their country against the occupation and against the terrorists.
