(2) The West helps Ukraine in accordance with the Budapest Memorandum, in accordance to which Ukraine was guaranteed territorial integrity in exchange for self-disarmament. Ukraine must have kept its nuclear weapons and not surrender them to Russia, and then Russia would not dare to invade. (3) Ordinary Ukrainians would never voluntarily escape to Russia; they were deported by the Russian invaders. (4) Poland alone accepted 3 million refugees - far more than the number of Ukrainians deported from the occupied part of Ukraine to Russia.
