@guysumpthin2974 ??? It’s a PRIVATE BUSINESS 🙄 They weren’t being charged with assault or battery, they were trespassed from the property & refused to leave. The cops didn’t have to see footage of the incident that prompted the Universal Studios guards to tell them to leave. Private businesses have the legal right to refuse their services to anyone at any time for any reason, as long as they’re not a protected class of person being discriminated against. But even then, they still have to leave when they’re told to, they’d just have grounds for a civil discrimination case. If someone who has the authority to trespass you from private property tells you to leave, you leave. Otherwise you can then legally be arrested for trespassing after warning which is what happened here. So it’s irrelevant why they were asked to leave in the first place. The footage of them lunging at the guards would only have been necessary to see if the security staff wanted them arrested by the police for assault & battery.

That was extremely impressive! He gives statements better than most highly experienced cops & detectives 🤷‍♀️ Seems to notice detail too. I wonder if there’s a surveillance job for the NSA or CIA or something he’d be good at 🤔

Don’t rob a bank or commit a major crime in front of the last guy that gave a statement! He’ll remember every single second from the instant he first saw you to when you fled & his precise & thorough statement will not only help the cops track you down rapidly, but eviscerate you in court! Very impressive sir!

@guysumpthin2974 It’s Universal Studios lol. Every single millimetre of that place would be under surveillance. There’s definitely footage of them harassing & attacking security guards - just not conveniently available on the cop’s bodycam. There are different requirements to access that footage

@guysumpthin2974 The facts are very simple sweetpea. A private business can tell you to leave their property for ANY reason whatsoever & you MUST LEAVE. If they use the magic words along the lines of “I am trespassing you from this property & you are not to return for the rest of the day/week/month/year/lifetime” and you don’t leave immediately, the police can arrest you for trespassing after warning. The cops don’t need to know WHY they want you off their property. If an authorised representative of the business has told you to leave & you don’t leave the entire property in a timely manner, you can be arrested. These people did everything they could to delay leaving so that their other sister could catch up with them, instead of being sensible & meeting her outside the Park. So after numerous chances to leave, they got themselves arrested. If they believe that they were asked to leave for an unlawful reason (such as discrimination against their race), they can sue the business in civil court at a later date - AFTER they are entirely off the property. Is that simple enough for you to understand now? I can rewrite it in smaller words if you need. But now that the issue has been clearly explained, hopefully you will go on & have a lovely day 😊

But I’ll be generous & say that the emotional distress from being politely & repeatedly asked to leave caused you to forget & muddle the actual sequence of events 🙄 Fortunately, this video can be replayed over & over again to refresh your damaged memory so you can learn the difference between being asked to leave & actually leaving, and stalling as much as possible to be difficult & try to give time for your sister & whoever else was there to come & catch up with you. And the reason you will get yourself arrested.
