  3.  @Provolone20  No way. The cost of living and crime is out of control. Minneapolis today makes the 90s look like a small group of hooligans. The crime is spreading out to the 13 suburbs. You cannot be around cars driving anywhere in the metro without hearing a missing catalytic converter.
