  2. No negotiations. No guarantees. Leave Ukraine and hand over putin and cronies, then.... maybe we can negotiate. But the negotiations will be about russia's surrender and how reparations will be made. I was also going to demand security guarantees from russia to leave their neighbours alone, but of course such things are utterly WORTHLESS so why bother?
