Lots of GIC companies are linked to properties . Thats bad , very bad!!! Singapore properties can only go high and higher, road of no return. That is turning Singapore into a very expensive place to do business and attract foreign investors. Singapore future is bleak and gloomy. Current n future government has no solution !!!
