Take note of the last case (b4 this) the China tourist has spread the virus in Singapore b4 travelling to Msia for few days before coming back to Singapore n fly out of Singapore via Changi airport. These China tourist have pass thru custom check 5 times (2 times msia customs, 2 times singapore customs n 1 time Changi airport custom) without getting detected. Measures effectiveness is questionable.

  6. It is extremely unwise to take China reported number to make decision. Sigh ! Dont ever think it is less than 1% and do nothing.
