Some people I guess they get upset because I don't go to the optometrist first opthamology and neurosurgery need to do their jobs before I can ever go to an optometrist for glasses I already have a diagnosis and I've had the diagnosis since I was 4 years old and even though this is a new injury a new wound I still need to go to ophthalmology and neurosurgery first and then I'll go to the optometrist

My parents were murdered when I was 3 so people that were looking for an invitation to the White House and pretending as though they were my friends and didn't receive the invitation I don't visit the White house that is my great-great-great-grandparents residence inn because my parents were murdered I can't just call them and I can't just visit them and I can't accept invitations to my great-great-great-grandparents home so those people that were pretending like they were my friends please don't bother and if you were thinking about pretending to be my friend also don't bother I don't give out lighthouse invitations and I don't attend Whitehouse functions

If I am admitted to Vanderbilt University neurosurgery or trauma Bay I won't be accepting any visitors other than my children my grandchildren and my grandchildren's parents the incident that happened at Vanderbilt University medical center when Osama bin laden went into the neurosurgery ICU and gave me a bath while I was on a respirator after I aspirated fluid into my lungs won't happen this time

@johngoldsworthy7635 my great-great-great-grandparents reside in Washington DC only because my parents were murdered when I was three I can't just pick up the phone and call them or visit them so I need to post this in public so that the press corps can inform my great-great-great-grandparents of the surgery and the thing is they can't visit me at the hospital the way they showed up the last time they can't secret service the answer is no only my children my grandchildren and my grandchildren's parents it's only an afternoon

@johngoldsworthy7635 I even had to take myself off of the White House invitations list because people kept sending me invitations to ceremonies and parties at the White House and I can't attend those my parents were murdered when I was three my great-great-great-grandparents reside there I can't just pick up the phone and call them and I can't just visit so I can't go to your White House functions and if I need to post something so they understand what's happening then that's what I'll do

@johngoldsworthy7635 there's a pamphlet that's distributed by the American medical association about what do you do if both of your parents are murdered I would like for my great-great-great-grandparents to read the booklet and the pamphlet and the information sheet please so that they don't get on Marine one and fly to the hospital the way they did last time

@johngoldsworthy7635 you know what I figured out a long time ago there are people that would behave like they were my friends except for they didn't receive invitations to the White House because I can't visit the white house because my parents were murdered when I was three years old and that is my great-great-great-grandparents residence and then when I they would invite me to whatever function ceremony or party they were having at my great-great-great-grandparents residence then all of a sudden I'm being talked about badly none of you were my friends the only thing you ever wanted was an invitation to the White House something I won't ever give anyone because my my parents were murdered when I was 3 so I can't visit them and you don't have the right to invite me to my great-great-great-grandparents residence for any reason none of you have ever been my friends and I accepted that a long time ago and the people you assumed were my parents they aren't my parents and when I tried to explain that you didn't listen to that the White House invitations room will send you invitation for whatever but I can't visit the White House so don't be fake and pretend that you're my friend when you aren't my friend
