  1. Mental Health is a serious issue but it shouldn't be used as an excuse. She raised them for 10 Damn Years when their parents left them. Yes, they should be punished. Severely. They took a life, end of story, they are old enough to know that it's wrong. Let there be justice. I doubt they regret anything except for the fact that they were caught.
