  1. To be fair, they're training in case war breaks out again; They aren't being deployed anywhere or going to war. NK and SK are still at war but are at a ceasefire for now. So Military Service is for the able bodied males just in case that ceasefire ends. Si vis pacem, para bellum; If you want peace, be prepared for war.

I've seen a few KNetizen comments on BTS's military enlistment; It seems as the years have gone by, the majority are now saying that they should be exempt, because if classical musicians or athletes who were part of a gold winning group but didn't even compete in an event can get exemption; (and many KNets have said they don't even know their names or who they are), then BTS surely deserve the chance to get exemption rights too, if they want to take it, for the things they have done for SK. That said, another KNet said that as a Korean Male, he felt that BTS should be exempt from the main service BUT take part in proper basic training for the 6 months of BOOT, which is actually not a bad idea if they go that route too.

  4.  @Arty_Az  He's a tyrant, but he doesn't care about when to attack and whatnot. He'd be a fool to attack though,considering the US is backing SK and has enough nuclear power to level NK.
