@loganaurora It was made in Munich, designed and sculpted by Thomas Ball, yeah freed slaves funded it. If you look at the thing in the context of now, though, it looks absolutely terrible and needs to go. A better design had Lincoln with uniformed black soldiers. Too expensive. Frederick Douglas even said at the time it "showed the [black American] on his knees when a more manly attitude would have been indicative of freedom." We keep knowledge of history forever (or try), we don't need to keep monuments forever.

@ConorMcgregor322 Enforced monogamy is a dumb idea because women have rights. Done. Anybody who believes that enforced monogamy is a good idea is out of luck unless they would like a rollback on human rights. Wow, that was ridiculously easy, how could Joe Rogan not manage to do that?

@ConorMcgregor322 These frustrated young men are regulated socially. If they're douchebags, it's harder to find a mate. If they break the law, they get arrested. Nobody is morally obligated to provide incels with anything. Did you want to examine "not getting any" as a motive for violence? Because there could be an encroaching set of data, where the men most likely to display abhorrent behavior that disgust females are also more likely to be violent. Have you accounted for that or are you just speculating aimlessly, like Mr. Peterson? How does enforced monogamy "go against" women's rights? What a question. Where do these women come from, nowhere? If every man needs a single woman to reduce his violent urges, that's everyone. Some women want to be promiscuous, some want to be virgins forever, some are lesbians. That kinda reduces the pool of available women for the "enforced monogamy" our society "needs." It creates a set of obligations for women that are imaginary in a world where women supposedly have rights. So I ask again, when and where was enforced monogamy a thing, where you'd actually want to live?
