More likely, they grew up in a violent atmosphere full of really bad influences, and then they made very bad life choices.

But my point was to the large net you cast over a whole race of people. Any statement that attributes a stereotypical thinking or behavior to a person's skin color is racist per se.

  12.  @chriskastner1938  How about we catch the shooters and put them in jail for the rest of their lives so they can't shoot at anyone else. That way, the problem is eliminated, a deterrence is set out, and we don't have to violate the Constitution. It's a win/win!
