No reckless driving? No exceeding the speed limit? Really? Hmmmm..... I wonder why cops measure skid marks after highway accidents if witnesses and officers have to "observe" an accident in order to determine cause. Not charging Tiger with drug/alcohol impairment? Okay... you didn't take a blood sample. Not charging him with reckless driving? REALLY?!!! Sorry, no, not buying it. He definitely got special treatment due to celebrity status. If Tiger, or ANYONE, drives at those speeds, they are a threat to themselves and other motorists. He should have been charged based on the evidence the cops compiled and cited.
