Systemic racism..... a system wherein no person of color can vote, hold public office, become President, own a business, own property, become police, teachers, professors, lawyers, judges, doctors, attend universities, or share any of our nation's benefits which are offered only to the majority race...... oh, wait..... If racists are controlling the system, they seem not to be doing a very good job.
