Master minds not found, killers are all dead, committed suicide, these are people who have little or nothing to do with his killing. There is an innocent still serving just bcs he had the name of a guy they were looking for.

@desikalakar...3854 If your friend borrow a knife from you, and use it to kill someone, and he commit suicide and the law come and take u and put you in prison for 31 yrs, saying you have part in the crime, same story here. Punishment should fit the crime, CBI still don't know where the bomb was made, if they can bring the bomb, why not battery, there is no proof the battery he bought used for the bomb. The killer had money, this guy was his friend not knowing much about him.

@desikalakar...3854 There were altogether 26 people accused of the crime, the SC released 19 people bcs they had very little to do with it, according to your view the SC shouldn't have released them. Later on Nalini girl friend/wife of the accused got a reduced sentence, life in prison while others got capital punishment, you can't treat killers and helpers the same way, especially when they do it unknowingly, if it's in western countries they won't give more than 5 yrs, they call it 3rd degree.

There is another guy, Hari babu he is dead, he went as a photographer for them, did not know anything, if he had survived he would be sreving also. What punishment for IPKF who massacred innocents in the hospital, they supposed to get life in prison at least, no one ever got arrested. This is how justice works in some countries. He just bought 2 batteries, not knowing what it was for. Horrible tortures and loss of life, shame on the justice system, punishment should fit the crime.
