  2. if they should have the right to do it, there should be other banks that are not ESG's but there aren't any so this is incredibly sinister and fascism. But this is the start of the Chinese style social credit system. I think this was a test case to see how the public would react as I believe the Bank of England have just closed a consultation on it?
