  1. Inhumane and complete disregard of human dignity by a PAP government linked business entity, Sembcorp Marine. Existing employees should see exactly how this management treats their workers and have the conscience to resign. Sembcorp Marine is currently under going a restructuring and probably has not much prospect given covid. Employees are better off leaving and search for better opportunities elsewhere.
