  1. Time for healthcare workers to either stage a labor strike and demand better working condition with higher pay or quit. PAP is under-paying our front line heroes and not recognizing their contribution in making Singapore safe. These over-worked healthcare workers deserve their basic overtime pay and a large bonus. If a poor performing PM can get $2M as compensation, I don't see why our front line staff cannot get much more.
