  3. Cut and paste to make sure I didn't miss anything: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Didn't see a mention of any gun.

  4. I know. Even the Second Amendment makes no claim about gun ownership, but only that the government can't disarm the populace. Gun control isn't a Second Amendment problem.

  5. Again you start out with a valid position "ban full semiautomatic weapons" (not too sure what a full semi is), then you waffle off into how guns are dangerous in the wrong hands. Here's it put in simple words: Ban assault type weapons that serve no purpose except to kill humans as quickly as possible and serve no other purpose. Hunters don't need or want these type of weapons, although there are a few exceptions. Set laws in place to prevent unreliable, psychotic, or just crazy people from getting guns.

  6. Guns aren't a right. They never were. What is a right is the ability to arm and protect ourselves. No where in our Constitution does it protect our right to own guns. If I'm wrong please point out the Amendment that specifically gives us the right to own guns.
