  2. It's been explained to you. Bernie isn't a Communist. Socialism isn't Communism. Many Democratic countries have socialist policies and are doing very well. Your taxes should be going to the public good, for example roads, police, fire department, schools, etc. It was never free shit. The only people getting free shit are the owners of corporations who pay negative taxes. Since the politicians are paid with corporate interests they have a biased view to biting the corporate tax free hand that pays them.
