  4.  @vivettedobbins518  Companies are finding ways to screw people out of overtime. For example where I work they pay every two weeks. If I work overtime the first week they cut my hours next week. The two week average is 40 hours a week, even though I put in overtime and made the company more money. Want to bitch to your employer? Fine. Enjoy hunting for a new job. We're in a "right to work state" which means you can be fired for no reason whatsoever and aren't allowed legal repercussions. Basically guilty until proven innocent.
