  2. The "I" should be capitalized. "Can't" is a contraction and requires an apostrophe. Only three periods are used in ellipses instead of four (... is correct, .... isn't). At the end of a sentence after a period, a space is required before the next word "Wow", and "Wow" needs to be capitalized. There needs to be a period after the last word "Wow". An exclamation point would have been acceptable.
