We have to put ourselves in Prime Minister Netanyahu’s shoes and see that a two-state solution cannot be agreed to by Israel until all extremist groups have gone the way of tumbleweed. This, of course, is the stick in the spokes so-to-speak, because extremist groups flourish when there is suffering in the population i.e., Palestinians are living in deplorable living conditions. A two-state solution would be welcomed by Israel, if I have my facts right, when the Palestinian solution for a country of their own has been found and the extremist groups would have no reason to exist. The Greater Arab Community can make this happen; we need to act as one people in the human community and get the right solution for the people living in this explosive region of the middle east where peace has not been able to take root for far too long.

@pluribus_unum GGGGGGGGGreat to hear from you. There are no angels on either side of a dispute; what is apparent is that the Palestinians need a country they can all live in and until this happens, the peace will stay in limbo.

@pluribus_unum GGGGGGGGGGGGGreat to hear from you. You are right and whatever anyone says will not rectify the situation. The only way out of this is for the Palestininians to have enough land to be able to call it their country. Until now, neighboring Arab countries have remained silent; we need the UN to come in and ask the Greater Arab Nations to help their brothers and sisters and re-draw the boundaries so that the Palestinians can have a country that is for all Palestinians.

@jmhorange GGGGGGGGGGreat to hear from you. You are right of course and I am not qualified to say one way or the other what can or can't be done. All I know is that the Palestinians need help to create their own country and the Greater Arab Community seems paralyzed in solving this complex situation. We know that one day the answer will come and everyone will be shaking their heads saying why didn't we think of that before?

@jmhorange GGGGGGGGGGGreat to hear from you. You are right and I know I have a lot to learn about the middle east. What I am trying to be is a catalyst and break any rule that exists if necessary to get the Palestinians out of the jam that they are in. They are adrift like gypsies but they are not nomads or there wouldn't be the mess that exists in the region where they live. The Greater Arab Community may not be real, but we have to get all the 26 Arab countries' leaders in the same room and put their heads together to come up a plan to end the suffering and to find enough land for all of the Palestinians to be able to live together in peace and dignity. It is doable.
