  1. We have to do something to reward the nurses in the world for their dedication to duty. I was saved from a severe infection years ago, and the doctors told me when I left the hospital that they just got me in time. But what stuck in my mind was seeing nurses starting work at 6 in the morning and finishing late at night only to be back at work at 6 in the morning. This was in normal times. We have made a noble profession into work-slaves and I cannot imagine what kinds of hours these soldier-health-workers, our front-line health professionals are working in the pandemic.
