As an overseas viewer I would like to say to Rep. Liz Cheney that she is leaving public service on the crest of the wave and not in the trough. She is leaving government service in dignity and she has shown great courage in standing up to a personality cult that has embraced your nation's former president. Does anyone realize how brave she has been to knowingly obey her conscience and go against the grain of her politcal party's elite? But here is a challenge for you Liz. The thing I would like to ask you Ms Cheney is what would you think of trying to set up a new branch of the UN about climate change and fresh water management and weather control. What is needed is water management on a global scale and that means we need a climate change czar with the power to get water where it's needed around the world. We need to start thinking not only of water for our own backyards; we need an international weather station control center that has the ability to over-ride destructive policies that are depleting fresh water transfer around the world.
